Our craftsmen began work in 1934 and soon our silver-plated cutlery was the pride of Irish dinner tables. Within a few years our cutlery had transformed table settings around the world. Many of the designers and craftspeople working with us today, are descendants of the people who made our first cutlery. And we’re so confident in the quality of their work, we guarantee each piece for 55 years.

Book Corner

The Book Corner at Newbridge Silverware is managed by Joan, who has worked in the book trade for roughly 40 years, including successfully running her own bookshop in Naas.

Today, she brings her experience and passion for books to our carefully selected range, including cookery, autobiographies, mind, body & spirit, sport and children’s books. She also carries a selection of diaries.

With new stock arriving every three months, there’s always something new to discover. And if you’re looking for a particular title that’s difficult to find, Joan will endeavour to locate it for you.

There is a beautiful free museum with fashion pieces from style icons. A lovely place to visit and learn plenty.
